Are the tuk-tuk tours private?

Yes. All tours are 100% private, just for you and your group. We don’t put different people in the same tuk-tuk.

In which languages ​​are the tours conducted?

The tours are conducted in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish.
If you have any specific needs, you can always talk to me before booking.

Can we choose the tour route?

Yes. Tours are flexible and personalized.
We can follow a suggested route or adapt it to your interests, available time, and pace.

Where does the tour start and end?

The meeting point can be arranged in advance.
Normally the tour starts in a central area of ​​Lisbon, but I always try to adjust to your location.

How long does a tuk-tuk tour in Lisbon last?

The duration varies depending on the chosen tour.
Tours of 2 to 4 hours.
Personalized tours with flexible duration.

Is the tour suitable for children or older people?

Tuk-tuk tours are not suitable for children under 6 years old, pregnant women, and people with health conditions that make them especially sensitive to vibrations.
If the group includes somebody with reduced mobility (namely wheelchair users), it is important to inform at the time of booking. The general rule is that anyone who can sit in a seat and wear a seatbelt can ride a tuk-tuk.

Is it possible to make stops during the tour?

Of course. We make stops whenever you want—for photos, rest, or simply to enjoy the view.

Are the tuk-tuks safe and legal?

Yes. All tuk-tuks meet legal standards and have mandatory passenger insurance.

Does the tour take place even in bad weather?

Usually yes. The tuk-tuks have side protection.
In case of extreme weather conditions, I will contact you to arrange the best solution.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free at any time. If you need to change or cancel, please let me know as soon as you make the decision.

Is the route fixed?

Throughout the year, Lisbon and Belém are subject to numerous events of a protocol, military, or sporting nature, which may hinder access to certain areas. In cases of force majeure, I may propose changes to the date/time of the tour or even have to cancel it partially or totally, always in contact with and in the best interest of my guests.

Will you accompany us at the stops?

I accompany you whenever possible, but sometimes I can’t legally park the vehicle. In that case, we agree on a time and point to restart the tour.

Absolutely. Don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll take care of the rest.
